Are you sitting comfortably? then I'll begin....

Aunty Karen stayed for tea which resulted in her reading me my favourite book

A Visit to Aunty Leanne's

Bandana-man

We crossed the boarder into Lancashire to visit my Aunty Leanne, Uncle Lee and Cousins Reece and Mackenzie. Did you not know?

Timble Ings 25th May 2009

We walked through the plantations out onto the moorland at Timble Ings this morning. This is where we paused for snacks. I travelled all this way in the back pack on Daddy's back.

Weight update

At almost 11 months old I'm now weighing 21lbs 7oz.

Progress Report

I am now able to crawl really fast across the room and like pulling myself up- usually to my knees but sometimes I make it all the way to my feet.
I have recently discovered pointing and am keen to know what everything around me is called. I have been getting my own library books out with the help of Grandma Sing-Song and especially like ones with flaps.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my family and friends for my lovely Easter presents.

Ajar

This footage was taken on Grandma Sing-songs mobile telephone. I'm opening and closing her kitchen door.

New tooth

Having had 6 teeth for weeks now, another one appeared alongside my two bottom front teeth. To celebrate this I have been saying my first couple of words, "Boo" and "Mama".
I have also started baby signing yes (usually to food!) and goodbye. i have also extended my bunny hopping to allow me to get across the floor. i even made it up a step into Grandma Sing-Song's kitchen!

8 months and four weeks

I have fairly recently learnt how to clap my hands together and do it by request. I am now able to sit up from a lying down position and often get on all fours but have yet to crawl. I'm getting closer, however, my current attempts see me bunny hopping on the spot.
